Hale Lokahi Elua is an affordable rental apartment complex developed to assist "gap group" renters on the island of Maui. "Gap group" renters include individuals or families whose income is 50% or less of the median income for Maui County. Located in Kihei, the complex consists of seven one-bedroom units and one studio unit.

Admissions Policy

To be accepted as a resident of Hale Lokahi Elua, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Be an adult (18 years and older) of any age, sex or ethnicity.
2. Be a family of no more than three individuals of any age, sex or ethnicity.
3. Income limit of 50% or less of the median income for Maui County.

Rent:
Hale Lokahi Elua is not a government subsidized rental project, therefore, tenants must be capable of paying full rent. Contact Lokahi Pacific for current rents charged.
