Admissions Policy

​

To be accepted as a resident of Harry & Jeanette Weinberg Pono Center, you must meet the following criteria:

  1. Be an adult (18 years and older) of any age, sex or ethnicity.

  2. Be a family of no more than three individuals of any age, sex or ethnicity.

  3. Income limit of 50% or less of the median income for Maui County.

 

Rent:
Harry & Jeanette Weinberg Pono Center is not a government subsidized rental project, therefore, tenants must be capable of paying full rent. Contact Lokahi Pacific for current availability and rent charged.
